Step-by-Step Guide
Obtain the Screen Source from Browser

Locate the source block.
Select "Browser".
Enter the source name and click OK.
Set the URL, width, height, and choose to control audio with OBS (ignore other options).
Click OK.

Set the Video Transmission Location


Find the "Control" block in the lower right corner and click "Settings".
Select "Stream".
Service: Custom...
Server: Refer to the signal transmission documentation.
Stream Key: Refer to the signal transmission documentation.
Configure Signal Format


Click "Settings".
Click "Video".
Recommended Format:
Base (Canvas) Resolution: 1920x1080
Output (Scaled) Resolution: 1920x1080
FPS: 30
Start Transmitting Signal
Find the "Control" block.
Click "Start Streaming" to begin signal transmission.
Clicking "End Stream" will stop the transmission. Clicking "Start" again will cause the live stream to disconnect.
Adjust the Screen

Click on the source.
Click "Interact".
Adjust the screen to fullscreen or set the start time.
Full-Screen Adjustment for YouTube Live
